Dear AOA Members, It is with regret that we announce the resignation of AOA Board Director, Stacie Chavez. We thank Stacie for her service to Alpaca Owners Association and to the alpaca industry as a whole. We wish her the very best.

In accordance with AOA Bylaw 6.4 the board has appointed Mike Walsh of Good Karma Ranch to serve Stacie's three year term. Mike, along with his wife, Shelly, have been raising alpacas for 14 years. They have built a successful breeding and large agritourism business in North Carolina. Please welcome Mike to the Board!
