Enter last year’s fleeces (fleeces shorn on or after 1/1/2022) in the National Spin-Off Competition to find out how you compare.

This competition is a great opportunity to showcase the quality of your fleece and receive valuable feedback from experienced spinners.

For those who may not be familiar with the Spin-Off Competition, it is a contest where participants submit a sample of their fleece, which is then judged by experienced spinners. The judges will hand-spin 2 ounces of fleece and give feedback on the quality of the fleece, including factors such as uniformity, ease of spin, and overall appeal. The competition is a great way to learn more about your fleece and receive feedback on how to improve its quality.

The deadline for registration is May 12, so there is still time to enter. Mail-in fleeces must be received by May 20 and can be sent to:
