The Futurity by Celebrity Sales to sponsor the 2022 AOA Annual Banquet & Fundraising Auction

Alpaca Owners Association (AOA) is proud to announce The Futurity by Celebrity Sales as the official sponsor of the 2022 AOA Annual Banquet & Fundraising Auction for the second year in a row.

Generating as much support as it did fun in 2021, the banquet and auction had attendees saying it was one of the best events at the national show in years. While Covid may have had something to do with that consensus, we know the quality of items donated, the Celebrity Sales team, and the festive mood shared by all in attendance certainly didn’t hurt.

Executive Director, Robin Gifford said, "Before I left the ballroom for the night, I received a text from Tim Vincent, owner of Celebrity Sales, congratulating me on the evening’s success. Tim had a lot to do with that success. He not only committed to a financial investment, he immediately started helping solicit top herdsires for the auction and donated his own Florida timeshare. And he’s already sending me ideas to make the 2022 event better!"

Vincent added, "On behalf of The Futurity Show and Sale, Celebrity Sales is proud to again be the Official Sponsor of the 2022 AOA Banquet & Live Auction! One hundred percent of the funds raised at the auction benefit members directly by supporting AOA programs and services! Celebrity Sales LLC held its first llama auction in 1989, and began selling alpacas in 1993. They also founded the world’s largest llama and alpaca futurities. The first alpaca Futurity was held in 1997 in Phoenix, Arizona, and continues to this day in the form of the Futurity Alpaca Show & Sale held annually in Kansas City, Missouri. These events have become cornerstones of the industries they serve, and draw crowds from virtually every state, as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and several South American countries.
